She is a minimalist and believes in simplicity in all aspects of life and work. THE ARCH STUDIO,PUNE is a young multi-disciplinary design studio, offering Architecture and interior design solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality and retail projects. We also offer feasibility studies of plots to developers to know the viability of the land. The firm was started by Ar. Siddhina Sakla Jain, who graduated from Pune, India and completed her Master’s in Urban Design at Sheffield University, UK. Alongside, she also completed some modules at the University of Westminster, London, UK. She worked with eminent architects like Christopher Charles Benninger Associates, Pune, India and Nasser Gulzari Architects, London, UK, which specialises in sustainable Architecture in Palestine and also designed the parliament for Palestine. She devised her own design language through her varied experience in architecture and interior across London and Pune.At The Arch Studio, she believe in form follows function, keeping in mind the use of varied materials, approach to colour while keeping the vibrancy and energy as central.
With her entrepreneurial spirit she initiated a startup in 2016, THE LEARNING POD, which mainly deals with the community using vacant commercial spaces, which was one of the subjects she studied in her master’s program, which enhances participation in society. The learning pod is an out of the box concept to rent an hour studio space for any learning activity. It is a multi-activity centre offering development and fitness programs for all age groups. They had some of the most experienced people in their field offering classes and workshops regularly in the space. Their programs are curated to offer certified courses by qualified professionals to enhance essential life skills and bring personal advancement in children as well as adults.
The learning pod pune She is also a Director at Raviraj Realty, a 25 year old construction firm in Pune. She heads the Architecture and Interior Department for the firm. She believes that the major challenge for her lies in making the project viable while adhering to the laws, conceptualising for the customer’s needs, working out the finances and still delivering something unique.
