REHAU India gave students, consumers and architects of Chandigarh a lesson or two in contemporary architecture recently, when it reached the city with their newly launched promotional concept, a unique mobile showcase ‘bus’ – called, REHAU Inspiration Express. The Express that recently arrived at Chandigarh College of Architecture (CCA), also showcased REHAU’s range of Advanced Living Solutions in front of the students, apart from discussing the ‘evolution of contemporary architecture’. This ‘direct-to-consumer’ approach by Rehau aims at offering special services to the consumers, which is otherwise not possible even via the physical stores. Rehau India – India’s prominent system and service provider for polymer-based solutions in windows, furniture & building industry – is known to interact with consumers and architects at their doorstep.

The event was graced by the presence of who’s who of the Education arena of India. Sachin Rana, IAS, Special Secretary, Technical Education, UT, lit the lamp in the presence of Dr. Sangeeta Bagga, Principal of CCA and Dr. Manoj Arora, Director, Punjab Engineering College. Attending as Chief Guest was Anurag Agarwal, IAS Home Secretary, Chandigarh.

At CCA, it is our endeavour to prepare our students to raise the standards of design practices in India. The Inspiration Express with its showcase of state-of-the-art products and solutions is a great platform for students to explore the world of Interior Design and Architecture, making them aware of a world of possibilities. We look forward to a long term association with REHAU, in creating awareness for a meaningful tomorrow.”

The kitchen area showcases the roller shutter cabinets and surface solutions.
