Flexiform launched its MOOD collection in 2001, and since then it has been adding beautiful products in it every year. Designed to fulfil the global taste for sober, stylish classic furniture, Flexiform’s latest collection presents cosy spaces that accord with the theme- an Intimate Look. The furniture collection of Flexiform includes everything for the home and contract. Stefano Gaggero, artistic director of the new Flexform MOOD project, has been responsible for the overall style, fabric, colour, finish and combination of this collection.
A range of moods has been captured in the latest Flexiform MOOD catalogue. All these pieces are seen in different types of rooms so that they can be envisaged in a home. The collection’s stylistic mood flows from retro to art deco with flashes of modern inspiration. Traditional stylistic features are reinterpreted with a contemporary flair, shapes redesigned and proportions scaled down. Have a look at some of the pieces of its enticing collection:
Lucien

Structured in solid wood with Polyurethane foam padding, this linear Lucien furniture by Flexiform is a perfect blend of classicism and modernity. This is a piece of geometrical architecture, which through its subtle quilted motif on the seat cushions improves the visual appearance of the sofa. Every detail of this sofa displays the meticulous and finely tailored craftsmanship. The multi-optional cushions and the removable upholstery add a refined decorative flair to the item.
Biarritz

A majestic headboard of Biarritz bed exemplifies the elaborate and elegant tailoring and workmanship the company is famous for. The headboard upholstery is non-renewable and comes in both the fabric and leather versions. The base of this sophisticated Biarritz bed is made of a generously-padded classic platform and covered with a protective laminated fabric whereas the headboard is made of three hinged cylindrical panels upholstered in fabric with a stunning metal bar detail covering the lower and upper parts. The entire headboard is finished from front and back and thus can be placed anywhere, even in the centre of the room, to create a contemporary look.
Benjamin

Benjamin is an eye-catching table that functions seamlessly as a desk. Its architectural construction is apparent in the overlapping of sleep, properly-defined shapes and amazing blend of materials. It is made of ash veneer with a natural finish, and its bases and tops come in glossy lacquer finish in a variety of beautiful colours, such as the new China Blue. And the internal part of this table base is clad in luxurious marble. It is embellished with generously-sized drawer with a sleek lacquer finish to complement the top.
Josef
Beautiful Josef table by the Flexiform echoes the classically European tradition, but it is redefined with a modern look. Structured in solid ash with a natural finish or stained ebony, this elegant table’s base is its trademark of personality.
