Colourful Condo in Amsterdam with WasteBasedBricksTM
This colourful condo in Amsterdam truly shows what waste can do. Both the architect (Urban Echoes), as well as the client of this project, believed strongly in the use of sustainable materials. Together with the R&D department of StoneCycling, they selected a unique pattern of ten different ‘flavours’ of WasteBasedBricksTM. The facade is a mixture of the Wasabi Raw & Sliced, Nougat Raw & Sliced, Truffle Raw & Sliced, Caramel Raw & Sliced, and Mushroom Raw & Sliced WasteBasedBricksTM. Approx. 1480 kg of waste was upcycled in this project.
