We have taken the WFH decision.
The entire office is connected through internet technology and we keep exchanging drawings and documents and keep updating our clients and sites through social media.
We are professionals and our face value is what counts whether it’s our clients, sites or related personnel. However, in this age we must learn to be innovative and we have skype calls and virtual meetings with our clients and wherever necessary with site soldiers.
Success mantra for WFH
Stay focused and connected with your office staff and delegate work in a manner that they have tasks along with timeline. Ensure that they realise that you as their boss is concerned about their health and well being and they will contribute when they have your confidence.
Make the most of social media, WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, etc. to reach out to not only your office people but also clients, consultants, contractors and other agencies.
