We have adopted WFH across the company.

In order to successfully handle the WFH, the foremost important step is to develop an IT system which could handle the server and workload.

Since the lockdown, there is nothing happening and you can focus on the internal activities of the companies which earlier had taken a backseat like Process improvement long term or short term etc. It is also closing of the financial year so every plan, be it short, medium or long term can be well thought of. Once people have little time on their hands, they tend to focus more on the creative side and tasks can be accomplished in a detailed manner. Policies can be developed in a detailed manner and issues can be addressed thoughtfully. The work has gone down to almost 60% of what was happening earlier. But people are adapting to the situation and learning to use the communication tools
