WFH is a completely new experience for us. Firstly, we notified all dealers of ours to work from home so that no meetings can be scheduled but we are just a mail or call away.
While working from home one must realise that it is not a vacation and continue to work making their families also understand the concept. Getting formally dressed helps in getting into the office mode.
One must also choose a location in his/her home where the network is fine in order to not get unnecessary disturbances. Also, when Working From Home, it is ok if sometimes a kid walks in or shouts between a call and there is nothing to be embarrassed about it. The family cannot be shut off completely while working and we have to be sensitive about it.
