Women have come a long way from where they had started in Architecture & Design. Overcoming the gender-bias, since ages they have been channelising their energies towards creating architectural marvels. The stories they have to share are highly inspirational. Several women architects have had considerable success in their careers, gaining wide recognition for their achievements. Perin Jamsetjee Mistri is believed to be the first woman to qualify as an architect in India.
