With this thought in mind, IDream, Rajkot based interior firm has designed this 5000 SFT, 5 BHK apartment for jovial, supportive, well-traveled family. Apartment features clear lines, textures, minimal furniture, customized door handles, balancing color palette , modern elements, soft lighting, multipurpose seating and indigenous art according to modern contemporary and minimalist theme.

Functionality Over Aesthetics

You are greeted by foyer with well-articulated rich wooden panel. Passage opens up to the single space consisting of living, dining, kitchen, family living, home theatre and verandah. Rooms are located peripheral to common spaces.

Living room sofas, dining table, contemporary chandelier, wooden ceiling with indirect lights, focal feature wall treatment with tiles and wooden boxes and strips, wooden framed glass partition separating living-home theatre are customized and sourced specially.

Bedrooms are kept minimal yet functional.

Dashes of Hues to Break the Monochromatic Theme

The living room’s palette follow that of the entire home – subtle, restrained but with sprinkles of color through accessories, soft furnishes break the monochromatic theme, and add color relief to the scheme.

“While we were designing the home, the client would often ask us what style we working on? During the course of project, he would observe and try to understand the style we were playing around with. Finally, when the project was completed, and he saw the final result, he understood our vision for the home and was able to point out the exact style that we had in mind – that of “CONTEMPORARY.”

Joyful, Clutter-free, Minimal Kitchen

Kitchen has a combination of white and grey color which reflects in whole house. Cantilevered breakfast counter with ceiling chimney and well detailed open shelves gives a perfect example of modern clutter free kitchen.

Verandah has sculpture like epoxy dining table with bench and beautiful wooden chairs which gives feel of outdoor seating with beautiful Saturn hanging lights. Customized wooden belts at ceiling with profile lights lend charm to the space.
