The Real Estate Management Institute (REMI), one of India’s leading real estate educational institutes, has launched its Owner Developer Programme (ODP) in Mumbai.

The Real Estate Management Institute (REMI), one of India’s leading real estate educational institutes, has launched its Owner Developer Programme (ODP) in Mumbai. The programme offered participants an eagle’s view of what to expect, how to respond and what they need to know to capitalise on the possibilities.

The ODP programme provided an opportunity for the participants to meet, learn, dialogue and network with peers and significant influencers in the real estate industry.

Sarthak Shah, AVP Legal, Tata Housing Development Co, said, “With the development of the new act, we need a lot of knowledge sessions which are important because the industry covers not only lawyers, it covers the whole body of architects, consultants and developers themselves. There is a huge gap in the right understanding of the law, so with these sessions and initiatives leaves a good knowledge, the right information for compliance management. As an industry practice, these sessions are fantastic on board. I really look forward to even attending such workshops.”

Shubika Bilkha, Business Head at The Real Estate Management Institute, said, "The Owner Developer Programme (ODP) has been designed to enhance the skills of Indian Real Estate leaders as they scale their organizations amidst an evolving real estate environment. Through a unique and intensive learning format, the ODP equips current and next generation leaders with the ability to identify and exploit opportunities, as well as transform their real estate companies in a competitive landscape. Our programme has been developed in conjunction with the industry and is facilitated by industry leaders with domain expertise. With increased regulatory vigilance in the sector, enhancing their knowledge and building the requisite skills will be essential to remain competitive and stay relevant in a fast-changing environment.”

REMI is one of the leading institutes that provides certification programmes, executive courses and customised training workshops specially designed for the real estate industry.
