Innovative Design on a Narrow Plot

Designed by Kapil Aggarwal, Slender House occupies a narrow 6x18 meter plot and serves as a private home for a family of five. The project exemplifies how a compact footprint can lead to innovative design possibilities.

Kapil Aggarwal, principal architect at Spaces Architect@ka, emphasizes,"Despite its slim profile, Slender House makes a strong statement in the urban landscape. It demonstrates that size does not necessarily determine impact.

This home exemplifies a new wave of design philosophy—one that values quality over quantity.”  Aggarwal's work is known for its distinctive style and responsive design, reflecting his commitment to meeting client needs efficiently and professionally.
