Tell us about the brands and products of your showroom.

1. Hansgrohe: More than 119 years old and inventor of the first shower of the world.

2. Geberit: The biggest company in plumbing trade and inventor of the first concealed tank.
3. Steibel Eltron: A century-old company and inventor of the first water heating (immersion rod).
4. Simpolo: We are associated with it since 1988. It is one of the oldest sanitaryware company from Gujarat.

What kind of customers from the local city does your showroom cater to?

We are associated with all institutions like schools, hotels, hospitals, luxury townships & premium villas. Our associations include The Daly College, Hotel Sayaji, Hotel Shreemaya, IIT to name just a few.

What differentiates your showroom from the rest?

The following could be outlined as the major differentiators:
1. Centrally located, ample parking & rooftop cafeteria.
2. All under one roof. International and national brands- leaders in their respective segments.
4. Flagship store having the highest category of display and live display.
5. Best products, catering to all types of budget.

How do you manage the showroom product inventory, sales management, post-sale services? Do you use any technology/ software?

We have a centrally located warehouse of 75,000 sq ft with the onsite resident team. All of our processes are online. We have the most experienced team in the industry with members who have been with us for more than 3 decades.

What is your opinion about online vs offline selling of interior & architecture products?

Online seems only useful for small and daily-use products. It is difficult for online selling to replace offline selling as most of the products have many technical aspects and interlinking/combination with lots of other products. Also, most of the times, the buying decision involves the architect, applicator and the customer. Pre and post-installation guidance is also required. Products finishes are also difficult to select online.
