We as an organisation have taken few steps to WFH for the first time. We have made WhatsApp groups for the team head and junior architects including me, to share, comment, discuss, and talk about projects. This has increased participation from everyone in the group. Working remotely as individuals is what architects are not accustomed to since there is no regular interaction which happens on the design.
Design is a continuous process and cannot be carried out in isolation. Also in absence of co-workers and management, the productivity may fall. Teamwork as a whole wins.
Challenges in WFH
