Boom expected in Noida real estate with Microsoft & Adani | SR News Update

The real estate scenario in Noida is all set to get a boost with giants like Microsoft & Adani to set up their base, a report by SURFACES REPORTER (SR).

Following the rapid progression of the Jewar Airport and the announcement of Film City, Noida is all set to welcome brands like Adani Enterprises and Microsoft, a move that will surely enhance the real estate scenario in the city and surrounding. The move is a result of Greater Noida, Yamuna, and Noida Authority's new schemes to promote and encourage investment.

Recently, the Noida Authority allocated industrial land to 13 firms, including Adani Enterprises; these companies have been given land plots in Sectors 80, 145, 140A, and 151. Adani Enterprises has been given 39,146 square meters of land in Sector 80 for a planned data center. The Noida authority has also given a 60,000 square meter institutional plot to Microsoft India (R&D) pvt ltd.

According to the realtors working in Noida the positive impact of the transaction will not be limited to Noida real estate market only and the surrounding infrastructure will also get a boost.

Nearby residential sectors will also witness a huge appreciation in the short term; the demand for quality residences around Sectors 80, 145, 140A, and 151 will go up manifold.
