While they provide a respite from the fast-paced, noisy world, bedrooms are spaces where one reads, works out, or watches TV. The bedroom is one of the few places in the house where one's personality is truly reflected. So, how can the bedroom be designed to maximise its adaptability? 1. Modern Spacious Bedroom
While the bed is the most prominent piece of furniture in the room, that does not mean it has to be traditional in appearance. For instance, in this bedroom designed by ASRO Arcade, earthy tones are used to give the bedroom an overall subtle look.

The combination of brown & blue further enhances the space. The bedroom seems more spacious and well-equipped.
2. Choose Stylish and High-Quality Items for Bedroom
The master bedroom in any house mostly features a bed foundation in the centre, nightstands, a dresser,a seating arrangement, and a TV armoire. All of these items should be picked carefully, as they tend to remain in the interior space for a long time. Choose items of high quality and a style that can be cherished for a long time.

3. Experiment With Headboard
The headboard, on the other hand, is not required to be a part of the ‘forever’ collection. With an upholstered headboard, it is easy to change the room's colour scheme every few years by simply replacing the linens and reupholstering the headboard. Keep the curtains a neutral colour to balance the colour scheme.
4. Introduce An Accent Wall
The combination of a bright or dark hue on the headboard wall as an accent and a gentler tone of the same colour on the other three walls is always appealing.

5. Select the Perfect Wall Art
Custom wall painting is another widely used option. It helps add character to the space and gives the room an allround dimensional effect.
6. Pick Trendy Mood Lighting
It's also crucial to consider lighting. In order to make the room more versatile, allowing one to work or study, a good lighting scheme is the most important aspect. Mood lighting, such as lamps under the bed or wall sconces with dimmers, create a warm glow.
If the bedroom is visible from a sitting area in another room, mood lighting is extremely beneficial to showcase a soothing ambiance. While mood lighting allows a tasteful atmosphere indoors, white lights are ideal for reading or other official duties.
In these difficult times, when everyone is working from home, it is essential that we make our living spaces more versatile with the right furniture or the choice of paints.
