I urge each woman to be that exceptional boss, distinctive leader, and commendable role model - Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, MD, Hiranandani Group

On the mark of ‘International Womens Day

On the mark of ‘International Women's Day', that, fortunately, falls on my Birthday, I take liberty to share some worthy wisdom. With the shining pearly hairs, and wrinkled eyes, I celebrate their (women) rise. Toast for the one who raised us, and to the one we commit to raise!

Despite the noteworthy changes in attitude and approach, much is left to be achieved by re-orienting policies, practices, and the position of women. The goal of a gender-neutral nation can be achieved by a gender-balance approach. Even today, women grapple to cut her mark in the high-power corridors and leadership cockpit. Breaking the bias in the true spirit and colour will help to end stereotype barriers. The moral, human, and economic rights onus lies on movers and shakers- truly the nation builders. A gender balance ecosystem goes in the back of beyond to welcome women on board.

India Inc needs to steer a 'talent-oriented' and ‘gender averse’ mindset to practice righteousness. On this earmarked day, I personally urge each one of you to be that exceptional boss, distinctive leader, commendable role model and invincible human that preaches the value and virtue of an equitable space. The right to equality is desired and deserved by all. Together, let’s raise them, who raised us all.

It’s all about MINDSET and HUNGER. Growth and success are gender averse. Their rise is imperative and not an impediment for growth. Differences bring a balanced perspective, integral to rich diversity. They complement and not compete with our growth. Let’s welcome them as Team.
Being a staunch believer of 'lead by example', the colossal empire of Hiranandani Group is a perfect blend of diversified taste and texture. 'Equal Opportunities' is the real essence of loyalty, affinity, and integrity. Always remember to ‘Rise by Lifting others'.

Gender Equality is rightly not just a woman’s issue, it is a human issue. A Better Nation needs equal combination!
