Spread over an area of one acre and surrounded by greens all around, this home dubbed ‘Urban Paradise’ emanates luxury and comfort. This contemporary 2 storey Farm House is a blend of vivid colours, modish patterns, playful artwork, customised furniture and luxurious fabrics. Located in Ghitorni, New Delhi, the spacious farm encapsulates three seating areas as living-dining space, five bedrooms, a terrace, a dry and wet kitchen and also a separate area for the staff; all well planned & well thought through.
The main design intent of the architect while designing this farmhouse was to create a cheerful and peaceful space for the client. He combined modern and countryside architecture to give a paradisiacal feel to the dwellers.
Open and Airy
The home has been designed as an extension of the client’s personality. The voluminous space makes the interiors look wide open, yet cosy.
The house features proper air ventilation and natural lighting. Further, the play of light and shadow on the bare natural surface and the walls creates magic.

Open Island Kitchen
Built around an open island kitchen concept, the kitchen area is one of the central zones for family connection.
Rich Colour Palette
The palette of rich colours is used harmoniously throughout the interiors. The warmth of Yellow, the beauty of Turquoise and the rarity of Natural Raw Wood is comforting.
Breathing in Nature
Dense coverage of trees on the outside & an array of plants inside infuse more character into the space.
It is truly synonymous with “Breathing in Nature”. Indeed Urban Paradise was designed with passion and a sense of belonging.
