DP Architects, the one who designed the famed Dubai Mall will now design the Tallest Mall of India. The mall will be constructed in sector -129, Noida by SAYA Group, one of the major realty players of Delhi- NCR. A report by SURFACES REPORTER (SR)
A Humungous space
According the developers, the proposed mall will have a total of nine floors covering a 1.4 mn sq ft area which will be divided into multiple zones for varied purposes including lifestyle shopping, entertainment and food. The mall will also serve as an important shopping destination for the residents of the nearby area.
Being developed at the real estate hotspot, the mall will be easily reachable from many areas and enjoys sound connectivity from the Taj Economic Zone, Yamuna Expressway, International Airport, etc. The developer also claims that the soon-to-be-developed mall will serve as Noida’s iconic structure.
Presently, LuLu International Shopping Mall, Kochi is termed as the largest mall in India in terms of total retail area and has over 225 outlets spread across four floors housing 100+ biggest brands in the world for the first time in Kerala.
