A new 100 Cr luxury project launched in Mumbai by Suraj Estate | SURFACES REPORTER Realty Update

Suraj Estate Developers has recently launched a Rs 100 Cr project in Mumbai titled Suraj Lamina. A report by SURFACES REPORTER.

Key Features

With 35 sea view apartments, including both 2BHK and 3BHK configurations and a saleable carpet area of 22,376 sq ft, Suraj Lamina is one of the biggest launches since the beginning of 2024. The project comprises of amenities including such as mechanised tower car parking, open sky garden, fitness centre and rainwater harvesting system, among others.

The latest project is at Veer Savarkar Marg, Mahim (West), Mumbai. The project is in close proximity to some key landmarks like Shivaji Park, Hinduja Hospital and Bombay Scottish School.

Launches in 2024

There have been a slew of luxury launches in the first two months of 2024. Recently, Eldeco Group has announced a pipeline of around 10 housing projects in the mid to luxury segment spread across Sonepat, Panipat, Ludhiana, Rudrapur, Noida Extension, Gurgaon, Lucknow, Kanpur, Himachal Pradesh and Rishikesh for which it is investing close to ?1000 crore this year.

Similarly, Realty firm Emaar India will invest Rs 900 crore over the next four years to develop a luxury housing projects in Gurugram as part of its expansion plan.
