Designed to complement the architectural style of Lutyen’s New Delhi, the building features grand stone columns and uses Dholpur and Agra sandstones, embodying historical grandeur and national significance.
- Dakshineswar Skywalk, Kolkata: An innovative urban solution designed to improve traffic and pedestrian flow to the Dakshineswar Kali Temple. The project creates a segregated pathway for vehicles and pedestrians, enhancing safety and convenience while supporting local businesses.
- Guwahati International Airport, Assam: Inspired by the mythological figure Ikarus, this airport design reflects the spirit of discovery. Its undulating form and prominent centerpiece symbolize the essence of Assam, offering an engaging and contextually relevant user experience.
In addition to his architectural achievements, Anand serves as Co-Chair of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s initiative ‘Reinvigorating Urban Identity in Indian Cities’. He is a frequent keynote speaker at various events, sharing insights on BIM and addressing architectural and real estate issues. In 2021, Anand and his co-founders at DFI were recognized among India’s ‘Top 30 Architects’ by Forbes India.
