  •  Restoration & Adaptive Reuse of Govindgarh Fort: Constructed primarily by Maharaja Raghuraj Singh in 1853, Govindgarh Fort in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, is a distinguished example of fortified pleasure palace architecture. The fort reflects the interplay between British Colonial and Rajput architectural styles, symbolizing the historical relationship between the rulers of Rewah and the British.
  • Restoration & Reuse of Laxmi Niwas Palace, Bikaner: Designed by Col. Samuel Swinton Jacob between 1898-1902 in the Indo-Saracenic style, the Laxmi Niwas Palace is part of the Lallgarh Palace Complex. The palace, built at a cost of Rs 1 lakh, showcases a picturesque style with intricate local stone detailing. It exemplifies the progressive Maharaja’s residences with its spacious European-style rooms, banquet halls, billiards rooms, and ballrooms.
  • Masterplan for Rewari Steam Centre & Museum: This pioneering initiative, led by the National Rail Museum, New Delhi, aims to create India’s first working museum dedicated to steam locomotives. The master plan envisions transforming the oldest meter gauge loco shed at Rewari, Northern Railway, into a modern, world-class Steam Centre. The facility will serve as a Heritage Museum, Knowledge Centre, and functional Maintenance Depot for MG & BG Steam Locomotives, highlighting the significance of steam technology in India’s railway history.
