This project features locally sourced, low-impact materials. The load-bearing walls are constructed from cob with local additives and basalt stone rubble. The cob walls consist of soil, rice husks, hirda seeds, neem water, and starch water.
Decorative partitions are made from Kota stone, while lime plaster with colored stainers adds vibrant hues to the surfaces. The flooring is traditional IPS with colored pigments, and built-in furniture is crafted from locally sourced bamboo using mud and lime with wattle and daub. Upcycled wheels are used for window grills, casting interesting shadows on the lime-plastered walls.
