IIT Hyderabad Launches Executive Programme on Driving Organisational Effectiveness
Through Employee Experience

20-Seat Intensive Programme to be Held on Campus on March 28–29, 2026 Hyderabad, March 2026: The Department of Design at Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad has announced a limited-seat executive learning programme titled “Driving Organisational Effectiveness Through Employee Experience.” The intensive in-person programme will be conducted at the IIT Hyderabad campus on March 28–29, 2026. Designed for senior and mid-level leaders, HR and OD professionals, workplace strategy consultants, and transformation leaders, the programme focuses on equipping participants with 10 high-impact diagnostic and intervention tools to systematically assess and elevate employee experience within organisations.

In an era defined by hybrid work, distributed teams, and rising employee expectations, organisational effectiveness increasingly depends on how work is experienced — how seamlessly people collaborate, decide, access information, and execute. The programme follows a learning-by-doing format, where participants actively work on real organisational scenarios using structured canvases and frameworks. Each module is supported by a practical tool that can be applied immediately in corporate, consulting, or leadership contexts

The faculty includes:

  • Asst. Prof. Srikar AVR, Department of Design, IIT Hyderabad — an architect and industrial designer with over two decades of industry experience, having worked with global brands such as Herman Miller and Steelcase.
  • Parthajeet Sarma, Chevening Scholar (University of Oxford) and pioneer in workplace transformation in India, with over 30 years of experience in workplace strategy and change management.

Speaking about the programme, the faculty noted that employee experience has become one of the most powerful levers for productivity, retention, and culture in modern organisations. The programmeaims to give leaders structured frameworks to translate organisational intent into measurable performance outcomes.

The programme offers two options:

  • 1-Day Intensive (Rs. 25,000 + GST)
  • 2-Day Option with Campus Stay (Rs. 30,000 + GST)

Seats are limited to 20 participants to ensure high interaction and peer learning. A certificate will be awarded by the Department of Design, IIT Hyderabad upon completion.
