Noida-based design studio One Good Object recently introduced the Bello series, a large-scale, additively crafted lighting collection that turns illumination into architecture. Helmed by designer Sai Tallapragada, the collection is built around the striking idea of light as sculpture. Know more about it on SURFACES REPORTER (SR).

- The Bello series by One Good Object is a large-scale 3D-printed lighting collection featuring pendant, floor, and table lamps that redefine ambient lighting through sculptural form and additive craftsmanship.
- Its architectural structure features two distinct textured volumes comprising a tall, luminous cylinder and a wide, sculptural dome below, joined by vertical pleating across the surface.
- Across the collection, the design centers on a soft, expansive glow, utilizing the vertical pleat texture to rhythmically shape and modulate light intensity and shadow.
- The series now spans suspended, floor, and table formats—including Bello L, Bello S, Bello H, the Bello Floor collection in large, medium, and small sizes, and the Bello Table collection in large and small, giving the same architectural language a place in ceilings, corners, and console tops alike.

About the studio

About the designer
Sai Tallapragada is an imaginative designer with an architecture background and a Master’s in Design (specializing in illumination) from UTS Sydney. Based in Noida, he has delivered lighting solutions across Asia, the Middle East, Australia and America, spanning heritage, hospitality and luxury residential projects. Through One Good Object, inspired by Ingo Maurer’s simplicity, Sai champions collaborative, innovative design for home decor lighting and accessories. He also runs Tungsten Studio, which he has led since 2018.
