The alluring ambience of this new space has been created with much sensitivity, professionally lit and artfully accessorized. It has an individual flavour which is an amalgamation of international elegance and contemporary sophistication.

The Show Home is a unique walk-through concept showcasing a formal living room, leisure room, dining room, powder room, fitness suite, bar area, master bedroom and master bathroom.

Curated Artworks and Furniture

Inside this Maximalist-themed home, iconic Wings and the blob sofa lead us back to the late 1970s. Sculpture-legged Sereno amplifies the space alongside a plush jewel-tone seat over the woven silk carpet. Walls layered in different textures and moulds create a cosmopolitan look and feel.

The dual-toned, pendant-lit eclectic living room is dominated by the smoking macaque artwork on the wall. In the conversational area, a striking coffee table pairs with the curvaceous sofa and a zebra-patterned chair, indulging in an experience crafted through vision and finesse.

Introducing elegance with curated furniture pieces - Animal print Pouf, red sofa, cladding, marble walls, and Chic floor lamp takes over the luxurious Italian marble, maintaining a sense of seclusion.

Bedrooms: Havens of Luxury and Sophistication

The master bedroom is an aesthetic space with Metallic clad-covered walls behind a Velvet headrest that wraps the grand bed and side tables to accentuate the lamps made from pure raw silk and brass accents, defining a nuanced look that integrates the painted and textured stucco ceiling.

The Manhattan bar cabinets, with pistol table lamps on both sides of the golden countertop, are the epitome of grandeur. Sipping some golden hour cocktails in this (wooden-panelled) bar amps up the setting.

An Elegant Place For Leisure

The leisure room fits perfectly with the urban glam charm environment. The multi-patterned walls give a voice to the one-of-a-kind Filotto Wood Edition Pool table.

The round physique armchair bucks the trend reassuring the natural appeal of standing over a colourful tufted bird rug.

Alluring Dining Area

The Pink Shafaq painting and the crystal chandelier reinvented the traditional dining area.

Floor-to-ceiling windows break through the sumptuous marble dining area with an exuberant and refined metal base chair upholstered in crushed velvet to offer ecstasy in addition to abundant daylight and city views.

Other Mesmerizing Features

Chasing an endorphin rush, this fitness suite delivers aesthetic and functional requirements. The consistent colour story makes everything feel elevated and polished, while Black rail-fitted spotlights mounted on the ceiling add to the industrial style. An elaborate floor-length gilt mirror coupled with eccentric artwork helps keep the energy up while hitting your fitness goals.

The backlit mirror over the vanity and smooth fixtures in this marble wonderland point out the fact that the most peaceful place of the house is sometimes the most tucked away. The shimmering suspension light meticulously fits the stucco-textured ceiling to highlight the extraordinary potential of the surface.

The enchanting design sense of Founder & Interior Designer Manasvi Pillai infuses freshness and functionality in the space. Integrated with high-end standards, the show home delivers precision, excellence, comfort, and aesthetics in every set-up.
