YEIDA has set up a sale of 462 pre-constructed, multi-level flats in Sector 22D of the Yamuna Expressway. It is running the scheme on a 'first come, first served' basis, with prices ranging from Rs 42 lakh to Rs 43 lakh. At the same time, it has also launched a commercial plots auction and expects to generate around Rs 22 crore in revenue from it.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) aims to earn around Rs 500 crore through two schemes. The last allotment was launched in 2014 and three plots located in Sector 22D were put up for auction on 5th May 2023.
The scheme includes two plots of 45,000 sqm and one plot measuring 60,000 sqm which are adjacent to both Yamuna Expressway and Eastern Peripheral Expressway; as well as close to the future Noida International Airport, Film City, medical devices park, and to park.
Prime Location and Connectivity
The flats are situated close to the Yamuna Expressway, enjoying seamless connections to essential places including the upcoming Noida International Airport, Buddha International Circuit racetrack, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, proposed Film City and beyond. The neighbourhood is served by many transport options like pod taxis, metro rail, feeder buses and city buses.
The YEIDA officials asserted that the proposed metro connectivity between Jewar Airport and Greater Noida along with pod taxi services from the upcoming Noida International Airport to the proposed Film City would improve connectivity in this region.
Officials announced that the scheme includes two 112 sqm commercial plots, four 124 sqm plots and a 140 sqm plot. The reserve prices for these plots have been set at Rs 2.87 crore, Rs 3.18 crore and Rs 3.59 crore respectively. It is anticipated that the auction will generate a revenue of no less than Rs 22.11 crore.
