Centrally located in Delhi-NCR's IT hub, Gurugram, the first luxury mall by the Elan Group, and crafted by Benoy, seamlessly blends retail and hospitality, drawing influences from European traditions.

What to expect from the upcoming mixed-use development

This premier establishment will boast a captivating boulevard, offering over 350 rooms and suites to provide an exclusive experience, catering to the needs and desires of all its visitors. With a vision to craft enduring memories for families, couples, and travelers from various corners of the globe, the mall will feature a sunlit atrium facilitating convenient access to cinema and family entertainment venues, ensuring a diverse array of experiences for every guest.

Design concept

The design concept of Elan 82 revolves around three focal points along the boulevard, serving as inviting arrival points that lead guests to the core of the project. BENOY's design philosophy focuses on crafting three distinct experiences within these plazas:

One plaza will feature a striking high-volume atrium, visible through a glazed façade, accompanied by a series of escalators winding around water cascades and digital presentations, guiding shoppers to the upper retail levels.

On the opposite end of the project, a designated drop-off area will lead to the entertainment hub, featuring a dynamically shaped plaza illuminated from above by a meticulously designed skylight. Seamless vertical connectivity of the retail area will be ensured through multiple lifts and escalators.

At the heart of the project lies its centerpiece—a floating pavilion offering a serene ambiance where guests can relax or partake in event presentations and promotions across its multiple terraces. BENOY focuses on flexible and experiential design tailored to users' needs.

Mike Wilson-MacCormack, Design Director at BENOY, comments, "Our retail planning aims to drive robust patronage, delivering optimal outcomes for retailers and investors, thereby transforming the landscape of Gurugram. This project not only caters to the aspirations and needs of the local populace but also introduces innovative concepts from around the world."

Moreover, the project will include prominent retail anchors, acclaimed multiplex theaters, dining areas, a family entertainment hub, and distinctive double-height restaurants with alfresco seating. Additionally, it will boast one of the most expansive premium food court areas, providing adaptable seating options and designated kiosk zones, alongside various other facilities.

The collaboration aims to redefine Gurugram's skyline with luxury, modernity, functionality, and sustainability.

With over 75 years of experience, Benoy is celebrated for its global projects like Ferrari World, Changi Airport, Alibaba HQ, and ICONSIAM, as well as Indian ventures like Bharat Mandapam and The Chanakya mall in New Delhi. Led by Chairman Rakesh Kapoor, Managing Director Ravish Kapoor, and Director Akash Kapoor, the Elan Group has spearheaded numerous commercial projects in Gurugram.
