Jitesh Donga is Chief of Design at Mahindra Lifespaces and leads design conceptualization and execution for the Company’s projects. Jitesh has more than 27 years of experience in design and business management roles across residential real estate, industrial projects, office spaces and interior fit outs. Previously, he served as Head of Design for the Pune Zone at Godrej Properties. Throughout his career, Jitesh has worked on over 150 projects and has earned multiple international awards for his work in design and architecture.

With extensive international experience, Jitesh has contributed to projects in the USA, Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, and China. His career also includes a successful entrepreneurial venture as the founder of an independent design studio in Ahmedabad. Jitesh has a deep understanding of customer needs, design trends, urban development, infrastructure services, recreational spaces, and landscape design. He has played a key role in multidisciplinary redevelopment and greenfield projects across India.
He has a successful track record of strengthening business performance through processes & systems, design-led interventions and strategy.He is a member of the Council of Architecture, India, and the Project Management Institute, USA, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from D.C. Patel School of Architecture, Gujarat. He looks forward to redefining the fundamental approach to the design and development of real estate products in India.
