Neoclassic Design Gives Timeless Elegance To This Ludhiana Home | The Design Cube

Neoclassic Style Inspires ‚ÄėThe Design Cube‚Äô To Renovate This Ludhiana Home

This functional yet aesthetically luxurious and grand space is conceptuailised and designed by Simran Bhargave, Founding Principal of The Design Cube, in support of her design team. Nestled in Ludhiana, this home came to the team mid-way. The structure of this home was already done a few years back and the clients had moved in without entirely finishing the house. The project brief was to create an activity room for recreational and rejuvenation purposes. Hence, the team bifurcated the space into two portions, one a sitting area and the second a bar area, which comprises the home theater room. The simplicity of geometric forms and the grandeur of scale of this project drew inspiration from Neoclassicism. The architect has shared with SURFACES REPORTER (SR) how she materialised this tranquil and sophisticated entertainment room that opens up on a terrace garden:

The team at the Design Cube received this project from the client in the middle when almost all the structural work of the project had been already completed. The best part of this project is the terrace garden that the clients have maintained even before the firm started designing the place.

Timeless Elegance With Neoclassic Design Concept

A mid-sized room based on "NEOCLASSICISM" a boundless art history, the wainscoting on the walls and stuatario cladding on the pillars with intricately carved crown moldings, this room is a perfect den for anyone who wants tranquility and luxury at the same time.

Combining Bar Area and Home Theater

The team calculated the space allocation when it came to the Bar area and the home theater being clubbed together.

A Relaxing and Luxurious Bathroom

The spa-lux bathroom is an extension of this project, in a time when we are tapping into self-care and making our homes healthier; creating a master bathroom that is both indulgent and relaxing can do wonders for physical and mental well-being.
