The new office for Incred Group was designed to be vibrant, contemporary and playful. The challenge was to use the existing L-shaped floor plate with maximum efficiency, keeping in mind the curved façade, hindering beams and existing services. “Using the Incred colors, we played with a neutral color palette of grey and white with intentional touches of orange,” explains Aahana.
Take a Walkthrough
One enters a brightly lit reception anchored by a green wall and dark stone water feature which allows the orange Incred logo to stand out. Orange lines starting from the walls crisscross onto the ceiling forming grooves for linear lights.
The pathway from the reception to the main office space is enhanced with grey arches. The arches hide a private lounge space as well as conceal an obtrusive beam. This pathway opens up into a large open-plan office. The cabins form the periphery of the office while the workstations fill up the center of the space.

Glass Cabins
The cabins have glass walls to allow for light to spill into the central office but also to allow for visibility. Blank walls of the cabin are split by an angular orange wedge creating an interesting graphic in an otherwise unexciting space. Bold prints hang on the walls complementing the graphic.
Behind the senior staffs’ cabins, a curved glass façade with crisscrossing beams proved to be a challenge. But it allowed the team to create a green space for repose.
On the other end, you can see the trading spaces, meeting rooms and conference rooms. They are quiet, private and are almost camouflaged, hiding in plain site by storage that masquerades as paneling.
