Oberoi Group has recently announced the launching of 19 luxury apartments of the Trident Residences project designed by New-Delhi-based award-winning architect Akshat Bhatt and his team at Architecture Discipline. Nestled a stone’s throw away from The Oberoi, New Delhi and abutting Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Trident Residences are developed with an investment of Rs 270 crore and are being sold in a price range of Rs 18-44 crore this summer. Sprawling over an area of 4,400 square yards, the Trident Residences project will be operated and serviced by Trident Hotels, a chain of 5-star hotels of The Oberoi Group. The project is slated to be completed in mid-2024.
Conceptualised by BI Luxury Residences, The project contains apartments available in sizes ranging from 3,600 square feet to 9,300 square feet.
Shashank Bhagat, Chairman of BI Group, said, "With Trident Residences, we envisage this first-of-its-kind, clean, secure, gated community that will deliver a new experience of contemporary urban living."
What does it Contain?
The gated society project encompasses several exclusive facilities such as a lobby manager, a concierge, a fitness centre, 24-hour security, conference rooms and centralised maintenance besides other services.
Apartment owners also have the facility to utilise business centres, dry cleaning and salon services. The buyers can also avail of Trident Privilege Membership, special offers at Trident Hotels' food and beverage outlets and in-residence dining, as per the statement. The show residence is now available for view.

The apartments at Trident Residences feature neutral and elegant interiors that allow personalisation.
It has spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a living area framing an unobstructed view of the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium whilst ensuring dwellers’ privacy and security.
