He has excelled in a diverse range of projects, including residential and commercial complexes, IT/SEZ parks, integrated townships, hotels, resorts, malls, multiplexes, and high-end residences. A top honors graduate from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, he is also a chartered engineer, certified value and real estate appraiser, and advisor on real estate investments and FDI. He founded his firm, Prem Nath & Associates (PNA), in 1967. PNA is a comprehensive design organization with offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, and Ahmedabad, renowned for its high-end residential designs, high-rise towers, designer homes, and residential townships.

Influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright, whom he admires for his innovative vision and early career as a draftsman, and inspired by Helmut Jacoby’s sketches and illustrations, Mr. Nath draws from these great architects to shape his own visionary work.

Often referred to as a design legend and the 'Nawab of Luxury,' Ar. Prem Nath is celebrated for his pioneering work on hotels, resorts, multiplex malls, and gold and platinum-rated sustainable buildings. In addition to his architectural expertise, he is a chartered engineer, international real estate consultant, and offers due diligence services for FDI in real estate.
He has served on the executive committee for 25 years and twice as IIID President, growing membership from 15 to over 1,500. Under his leadership, IIID introduced international organizations like ASID and IFI to India, organized the first Interior Design Exhibition, Convention, and Award function, and established the first chapter. Prem Nath is one of the few in India with an ASID certificate for practicing in the USA and is listed in the Who’s Who of Interior Design. He was featured among the top 100 Interior Designers globally.
Prem Nath has created numerous iconic projects, including India’s first revolving restaurant (Ambassador Hotel, Mumbai), health spa (Golden Palm Resorts, Bangalore), multiplex-mall (Fame Adlabs, Mumbai), fast-track IT building (Morgan Stanley, Mumbai), award-winning day school (Vasant Valley School, New Delhi), gold-graded township (HMEL, Punjab), and platinum-rated school campus (Cygnus World School, Vadodara). He is also working on several smart projects, including a Smart Tower at GIFT City, Gujarat.
He has received numerous accolades, including the IIA Gold Medal (2019), India’s Top Architect (2020), CNBC Awards for High-End Interiors, and the HUDCO Award for Green Architecture.
