Disney Ventures into Home and Interiors Products through Disney Home | SR Decor

A new design brand selling furnishing, home accessories and limited edition collaborations called Disney Home has been recently launched by Disney. The entertainment and media conglomerate’s home and interiors brand will be bringing together various existing products under one roof, right from kids’ bedding to homeware will be exclusively made by Disney and its affiliated designers and retailers.

Disney Home will be releasing an expansive line of its licensed products under a single Disney umbrella. This strategic attempt is expected to help Disney take a large bite out of the $682 billion home décor industry.

Disney Home will be introducing aspirational furniture and bespoke design pieces that would bring forth iconic Disney storytelling into everyday living spaces. Disney Home will be showcasing rugs, posters, and wallpapers, along with sculptures, shelving, and even larger-scale furniture of its blockbuster franchises including Star Wars and Marvel alongside various Pixar films and its classic characters such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

The higher-end pieces under the brand’s collection include a life-size reimagining of Mickey Mouse, which is created by interior designer Kelly Hoppen along with figurines by pop sculpture studio Leblon Delienne. Its rugs collection including the Mickey Doodles rug and the Rebellion rug offers a modern and sophisticated interpretation of some of Disney’s celebrated characters and stories.
