Brigade Group Partners with Agni Estates to Develop 8.36 Lakh Sq Ft Commercial Project in Chennai | SR News Update

Brigade Enterprises Limited is investing Rs400 crore to develop a commercial project named Brigade Tech Boulevard in Chennai. Spanning 8.36 lakh sq ft of leasable area, this project will be developed in collaboration with Agni Estates & Foundations Pvt Ltd under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA). Brigade Tech Boulevard will be a 'Grade A' office space located on Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road in Chennai.

The structure would be made up of two towers totaling 8.36 lakh square feet of leasable area.

Brigade Tech Boulevard's main focus is on on offering eco-friendly, top-notch services that cater to a variety of office market categories, including IT, ITeS, engineering, finance, and automotive.

Nirupa Shankar, joint managing director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, emphasised the significance of Chennai's diverse office market as well as the project's commitment to sustainability and excellence.
