Jadhav's leadership in the design community is evident from his roles as President of the Institute of Interior Designers (2014-2017, 2017-2019), Board Member of the Asia Pacific Space Designers Association (APSDA) (2017-2019), and his current advisory position with APSDA. He also served as President of the Rotary Club Pune Katraj in 2010 and was recognized as a Prime Leader by CII and CNBC TV in 2018 for his contributions to interior design education.
Under his guidance, the Indian Institute of Interior Designers won the Premium Brand recognition in Dubai.
