Dubai’s 100-Storey Hypertower to be the World’s Tallest Residential Building

Central Park Tower, New York will soon be losing its title as the world’s tallest residential building as hypertower is soon to rise in Dubai with 1,550ft (472m) height. Dubbed Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, the building is a collaboration between Emirati property development company Binghatti and watchmaker Jacob & Co. Here is a detailed report on SURFACES REPORTER (SR).

Surpassing the Manhattan structure which has 98 storeys, the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences aims to set a record as one of the tallest residential constructions in the world with its 100 storeys. The ultra-luxurious building won’t just be surpassing the height, rather its renders boast the structure donning a crown of diamond-shaped spires.

Expected to stand tall in the heart of Dubai's most eminent financial district Business Bay, the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will comprise two and three-bedroom residences. The hypertower is also expected to include a concierge team to offer a la carte services such as daycare, bodyguard, chauffeur and private chef. The hypertower is also expected to house an exclusive private club with an extensive infinity pool and a vast lounge.

The top of the building will house five of the most luxurious and exclusive penthouses in Dubai. Reportedly, the penthouses are inspired by Jacob & Co’s watchmaking collection, where each will be named after their flagship Jacob & Co timepieces Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire. The interiors of the penthouses will be reportedly inspired by their unique aesthetics, where the Billionaire Penthouse will be the hypertower’s jewel in the crown.
