MYSA Lifestyle Brings Scandinavian Calm to Indian Outdoor Living | MATECIA X WADE AISA

There’s a word in Swedish ‘mysa’ that doesn’t quite translate into English. It means something close to a feeling of coziness, contentment and belonging; the sense of being wrapped in warmth and connection. It’s this philosophy that gives Pune-based luxury outdoor furniture brand MYSA Lifestyle, founded by Jasleen Kaur, both its name and its purpose. Know more about it on SURFACES REPORTER (SR).

Meet the collection

Inspired by the ancient symbolism of the Chakra, a symbol of balance, continuity and connection, this collection doesn’t use the Chakra as mere decoration. Instead, it translates the symbol’s circular geometry into a contemporary design language for outdoor living, expressed through radial weaving, sculptural forms and soft, flowing silhouettes.

Aura and Bindu Table

  • Named for the energy that surrounds every living being, the Aura chair sits at the emotional heart of the collection.
  • Paired with it is the Bindu table that is named after the central point from which everything begins.
  • While the chair design symbolizes the energy and presence of the person seated within it, the compact table draws on the idea of a singular point of origin.

Samaan Bench

  • True to its name, Samaan turns everyday seating into a sculptural study in harmony.
  • Its design centers on the idea of balance, translated into a flowing, sculptural silhouette.

Anahata Partition

  • Inspired by circles caught mid-motion, the Anahata Partition defines outdoor spaces without closing them off.
  • Its floating circular forms create separation while preserving a sense of openness.
  • It also doubles as a functional divider and a sculptural design feature.
  • Ideal for zoning outdoor lounges, patios, or garden spaces with visual lightness.

LED Planter

  • These planters merge sustainability with contemporary illumination.
  • Crafted from 100 per cent recyclable plastic, aligning with responsible design practices, the planter combines planting functionality with integrated LED lighting for ambient outdoor glow.
