Diverse Floor Plans and Collaborations
The development offers four floor plan options from the AlphaBeta and TexNext collections.
The AlphaBeta designs are spacious, while the TexNext prototypes, created in collaboration with Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), are adapted to fit the local context and architectural heritage.
Energy Efficiency and Sustainability
The concrete construction ensures high thermal performance, reducing temperature fluctuations indoors. ICON uses its low-carbon material CarbonX and robotic methods to enhance energy efficiency and lower the carbon footprint.
The 3D-printed walls are optimized to withstand speeds of up to 250 mph.
