This unprecedented development, named Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, is being touted as the world’s first football-themed branded residential project, merging luxury living with the world of elite football.

Living the Game

The Chelsea Residences by DAMAC comprises two impressive towers that will reportedly rise to a height of 130m and overlook the stunning Arabian Gulf. These towers are set to redefine branded residential living by offering 1,400 meticulously designed apartments, ranging from one to three-bedroom units. Envisioned as the ultimate branded living experience, the residences aim to offer a lifestyle that resonates deeply with Chelsea FC’s legacy and global brand appeal.

Architectural renders of the towers reveal strong Chelsea FC branding throughout the design, including prominent club logos at the entrances, branded swimming pools, and a blue lion statue, which is the club's iconic symbol, at the base of the towers.

A standout feature of the project is a rooftop football pitch, an ode to Chelsea’s footballing heritage and a one-of-a-kind amenity in Dubai’s luxury real estate market. Alongside this, residents will have access to a range of high-end facilities including an athlete performance centre, a Chelsea Sports Bar, a private cinema and an Aquarium Lounge. These lifestyle and leisure features will be designed to appeal not just to football fans, but also to buyers seeking a high-quality, experiential living environment.
