Warm Wood Paneling and Rich Color Palette Define Ultraconfidentiels 19,000 sq. ft. Head Office for Rockman Industries and Hero Electronix |

Ultraconfidentiel’s new 19,000 sq. ft. head office for Rockman Industries and Hero Electronix in Gurgaon redefines corporate design by fusing industrial heritage with modern aesthetics. The material palette features warm wood paneling, durable stainless steel cladding, and fluted acoustic panels for sound enhancement. Ergonomic furniture ensures comfort, while glass elements maximize natural light and transparency. Additionally, green walls and air-purifying plants support biophilic design, creating a sustainable workspace that reflects the company’s innovative vision. The design team shares more details with SURFACES REPORTER (SR). Take a look:

The design effortlessly blends industrial elements with refined luxury, creating a space that balances functionality and sophistication.

Thoughtful Layout

The layout caters to diverse operational needs, featuring open workstations, collaborative zones, private cabins, and a dedicated area for the company’s promoters.

Expansive Open-Plan Workspace with Versatile Collaboration Areas

The workspace features an expansive open-plan area with meeting and phone pods, along with retractable tables for casual collaborations and town hall meetings. Senior management cabins offer privacy while remaining accessible.

Biophilic Design and Luxurious Materials Enhance Well-Being

Ultraconfidentiel incorporates biophilic design with natural light, green walls, and air-purifying plants to enhance well-being and productivity. Rich materials like wood paneling, stainless steel cladding, and ergonomic furniture add a touch of luxury to the functional workspace.

Central Meeting Spaces for Collaboration and Innovation

Centrally positioned meeting rooms and a boardroom form the heart of collaboration and decision-making, reflecting the company’s dynamic and innovative spirit while enhancing office functionality.

Promoter Area- A Blend of Privacy and Openness

The promoter area balances privacy and openness with state-of-the-art cabins, a private meeting room, and a lounge. Natural light, advanced climate control, and custom lighting enhance luxury and efficiency, while dark flooring and black metal accents create a modern, sophisticated ambiance.

Custom Lighting Loop

The custom lighting loop gracefully wraps around the office, symbolizing the dynamic nature of the industry. This subtle yet impactful feature enhances the atmosphere and emphasizes innovation as a constant driving force.

Every detail of Rockman Industries' new office, from the director cabins to the break areas, showcases a commitment to quality, innovation, and the future of work. This space embodies the company’s identity and aims to inspire employees while illustrating its vision for the future.
