India’s First Net-Zero Business Park Launched in Chennai by Morphogenesis | SR News Update

Morphogenesis, a leading architecture firm, has launched the International Tech Park Chennai, Radial Road (ITPC-Radial Road), a groundbreaking project for CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI). Located in Chennai's IT hub, this innovative business park has received India's first net-zero certification for energy, water, and waste management from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). Read SURFACES REPORTER (SR)'s complete report below:

Net-Zero Energy Strategy 

Morphogenesis' smart design blends passive and active measures to save energy and maximize efficiency. The park also integrates water conservation and waste management solutions seamlessly.

In addition to its IGBC certification, the project has also received the WELL Building Standard® certification, underscoring its priority to enhancing the wellbeing and productivity of its occupants through design features that prioritize indoor environmental quality.

Phase-1 Operations Begin

Situated along Chennai's prominent IT corridor, the project has commenced Phase-1 operations and will ultimately comprise four Grade A office blocks spanning 5 million square feet. Upon completion, it will accommodate over 50,000 IT service professionals, further solidifying its significance in India's business landscape.
