World’s Tallest Luxury Co-Living Space at 160 m in Hyderabad | Hyderabad One

World’s Tallest Luxury Co-Living

Hyderabad will reportedly soon have a 47-story luxury co-living space, Hyderabad One (H1). Housing deluxe rooms, a terrace lounge, seven-star bar, gaming zones, food and drinks outlets, parking, celebrity gym alongside a host of other elite amenities, it will be India’s first Rs 1500 crore and world’s tallest luxury co-living space.

H1 will be designed by international architecture firm Chapman Taylor and will be reportedly completed by 2026. With a monthly rental of Rs 26,000 to Rs 36,000 per bed in a twin sharing room, 41 floors will house residents where five floors will be dedicated exclusively to women. The remaining floors will comprise food and beverage outlets, club, gaming zone, parking and other recreational fixtures.

Certified by Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TS-RERA), the rooms are expected to be either 397 sqft or 540 sqft and will be fully furnished. The project will be targeting young professionals and students who migrate to Hyderabad for work or education. H1 will be sustained as a drug-free zone and the safety of female residents will be prioritized, and any discrimination will not be accepted, thereby welcoming everyone.

The project has also been given a gold certification by the Indian Green Building Council.
