Crystal-Like Crown Highlights The World’s Largest Residential Tower, Taking Shape In Dubai | Burj Binghatti

Dubai’s skyline will soon transform with the addition of the iconic world’s largest tower- Burj Binghatti. With over 100 stories, the new skyscraper surpasses New York’s Central Park Tower, the tallest residential tower in the world, standing at a proud 472 m (1,550 ft). The most attractive feature of the building is its intricate crown that is decked with diamond-like spires. Read SURFACES REPORTER (SR)’s complete report below.

Award-winning UAE property developer Binghatti ties up with luxury jewelry and watch brand Jacob & Co to unveil the United Emirate’s newest monument, which is also going to be the world’s largest residential skyscraper. Rising high above the cityscape, the new tower pays an ode to its constructor’s complex timepiece construction and high-end jewellery aesthetics.

Slender Façade With Crystal-Like Crown

The building has a lean formwork that is topped by a gorgeous diamond-like crown, reflecting Jacob & Co’s famous finely-carved gems in the sky. Binghatti’s Ceo CEO, Muhammad Binghatti and Jacob & Co’s chairman, Jacob Arabo, inaugurated the site on 15th November, which marked the beginning of the construction.

The beautiful tower is a sophisticated blend of the unique design languages of Binghatti — one of the UAE’s leading property developers- and Jacob & Co — a global luxury timepiece and jewellery brand.

The renderings show a slender structure with shimmers, peaked by a dazzling diamond crown. The top of the form definitely shows the high-end, finely cut diamonds of Jacob & Co in the skyline.

Urban-Luxury Living

The tower will offer an ultra-luxury living experience to the city’s flourishing Business Bay district dwellers. The top comprises the lavish penthouses that allow you to enjoy sweeping views overlooking the lively city. The name of each penthouse is kept after Jacob & Co’s flagship timepieces, with the interior co-designed by the global brand itself in its signature style.

Several luxury amenities, such as a luxury spa, a gymnasium and an infinity pool overlooking Downtown Dubai will be available in Burj Binghatti. A highly dedicated team such as bodyguards, chauffeurs, daycare, and private chefs will also be there to assist inhabitants with a customized living experience like no other.
