Located in the western suburbs of Mumbai, this 2 BHK Apartment, designed by architect Neha Vaidya Dhuri, the co-founder and principal architect of the 7th corner interior, features all-white interiors that not only make the home look spacious but also add some fresh coastal vibes. Fashioned for a young couple, this modern minimalist abode is characterised by simplicity, clean lines, and a monochromatic palette. And what makes the interiors look warmer and more inviting in an all-white scheme is the right use of textures. The architect has shared with SURFACES REPORTER (SR) more about the design elements used in each room of this airy and effortlessly minimal home. Take a look:

Each room in this home reflects the concept of minimalism with a touch of contemporary style. “We plan our space in such a way, it looks airy and welcomes more natural light!,” said Neha
Design Elements To Amp Up The All-White Living Area
As you walk into the living room, a significantly large tv panel along with wooden contract rafters create a visual impact. The warm tones of cream, white and beige will soothe your senses.
A styled sofa embellished with soft cushions is the perfect area where the guests can comfortably enjoy the simplicity, beauty and tranquility of your home.
The living room also contains molding on wall along with decorative wall lights that create a perfect backdrop behind the sofa. Also, the rug below the sofa adds some pattern to the floor. A mirror clad behind the dining table reflects the light in the room and makes it look more spacious and bright.
All these elements not just elevate the space but jazz up the living room.
Beautiful Kitchen With Geometric Backsplash
There is so much grey to every story, nothing is so black and white! While designing the kitchen the designer knew grey and white would be the perfect colour for the kitchen, the geometric pattern backsplash gives a loud and edgy look to the kitchen.
All the storage space the firm designed keeping in mind client's needs and lifestyle.
