The living room combines vintage charm with modern elegance, featuring a high-sloping roof and floor-to-ceiling windows for panoramic views. At the heart of the residence is a stunning 65 ft pool, flanked by shallow steps and illuminated by custom chandeliers and natural light from skylight cutouts. The exterior's cross-gabled roofs and grey walls blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, and every part of this home harmonizes luxurious living with the stunning natural scenery. Exterior Facade
The home provides a tranquil oasis of luxury, surrounded by nature. The architecture features cross-gabled roofs at varying heights, while burnished grey-toned textured walls envelop both the exterior and interior common areas.
The breathtaking views of hills, dams, and skies enhance the serene setting.

Ascending cracked teal glass handmade tiles leads you to this space, which features a high-sloping roof and floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the lush surroundings.
Swimming Pool Area
The pool design includes shallow steps on both sides, descending into the pool and mirroring the shape of two large 12-foot-long custom chandeliers hanging above.
Sunlight filters through skylight cutouts in the ceiling, casting mesmerizing reflections on the azure pool waters, enhanced by pink and blue glass chandeliers.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom offers sweeping views of the iconic Pawna Dam, showcasing design excellence.
Crafted for comfort and luxury, it reflects the designers' creative vision, infusing the space with soulful elegance.
Master Bathroom
The expansive master bathroom features a central sculpted marble bowl serving as the basin, flanked by counterparts for essential items.
The ceiling, bathed in soft daylight and adorned with tasteful wooden rafters, complements the grand design. With marble-clad walls and light wooden floor tiles, the bathroom achieves a serene blend of sleek contemporary style and timeless charm.
Kid's Bathroom
Inspired by the surroundings, the daughter's bathroom features a mosaic of handmade tiles in delicate peach hues arranged in hexagonal patterns, paired with grey and white heritage printed tiles.
Three Rajasthani marble carved bowls add luxury and visual interest to this space.
Play Area
The central block serves as the hub for community activities, housing an indoor play area with various games.

Shimona Bhansali, Chief Designer and founder of Design Hex, has been thriving in the world of interiors since 2002, tackling her first solo project at the age of 17. With a background in business and management studies, she transitioned to a career in design in 2005 and has been dedicated ever since. Alongside her interior design pursuits, she established Smart Work Design Co., a packaging design firm, which she successfully managed until its sale in 2016 to pursue her true passion: interior design.
