Rs 305.05 Crore Allocated To Construct 500-Bedded ESIC Hospital in Pune | CPWD | SR NEWS Catchups

Muralage, which is one of Lucknow’s oldest and the country’s leading and fast-growing Architectural & Project Management firms, is appointed as the Design Architect of a 500-bedded ESIC hospital at Bibwewadi in Pune, Maharashtra. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) allocated Rs 305.05 Crore for the construction work and commissioned the development work to M/s. Dee Vee Projects Limited. The new hospital at Bibwewadi in Pune, Maharashtra will also have 50 super speciality beds to serve ESIC patients. The building comprises a basement, a ground floor and 7 upper floors with a Cafeteria, and Mortuary & Service buildings.

The construction work of the hospital project measuring 666,801 SqFt will start after 4-5 months as the commencement certificate and approvals from local authorities remain pending. Further, it is slated to complete within 30 months i.e. in 2026. The construction cost of the entire project is Rs 305.05 Crore

The main aim of this massive hospital project is ESI Corporation’s endeavour to provide quality medical care.

The corporation is actively setting up 23 new 100-bedded hospitals across various states in India, including Tamil Nadu, Goa, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and West Bengal, to enhance its infrastructure and upgrade existing facilities.
